Nichirin Co. Ltd. (TYO:5184) decided in a recent board meeting to invest around $40 million in the establishment of a subsidiary in China for the manufacturing and sales of automotive parts. The subsidiary, tentatively named Jiangsu Nichirin Automobile Accessories, will be located in Changshu, Jiangsu Province. Products will include hoses for cars and motorcycles.
