Trinseo Agrees to Sell Synthetic Rubber Business to Poland’s Synthos

Trinseo SA, a manufacturer of plastics, latex binders and synthetic rubber, has announced a definitive agreement to sell its synthetic rubber business to Polish company Synthos SA.
