Tokai Carbon to Shut Down Carbon Black Production Line at Ishinomaki Plant

Tokai Carbon Co. Ltd. (TYO:5301) is planning to shut down one of four carbon black production lines at its Ishinomaki plant in Ishinomaki, Miyagi Prefecture, Japan.
